TECO air conditioners are entitled for period of Five (05) Years Warranty on the Compressor, One (01) Year Warranty on the equipment and Two (02) Year Warranty on the Inverter PCB on its manufacturing defects only.
- Power Supply must be provided by the client and power requirements are 230V 50Hz 13 AMPS.
- Free Installation up to 3.5 Meter Free Inter-Connecting Copper.
- If Inter-Connecting exceeds 3.5 Meter Standard distance, each additional meter will be charged at the prevailing rates.
- If PVC casing are required for the installation, each meter will be additionally charge base on measure & pay basis at the prevailing rates.
- Free Three (03) services included within the first year of installation. Customer must ensure that book the available time slot 07 days prior to the availability.
- Customer must enter into an Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) at the completion of Free Maintenance / 1st Year of Installation. If an AMC is not signed annually, warranty will automatically sustained without a prior notice.

The package include 3.5 Meter Copper Line and Powder Coated Outdoor Bracket.
- The Air Conditioner (Hereinafter called as “Product”) is with Supply Only agreement and we are not responsible for the installation or services.
- Customer must ensure that installation is carried out by a professional technician with manufacturer recommended guidelines.
- Customer must ensure that routine maintenance are done at least once in Four (04) months duration by a professional technician. It is important to submit your service record to our hotline 0740167223 | 0740167231. Failure to submit service record on time will result warranty sustained without a prior notice.
- It is important to ensure that the air conditioner is sufficient for the heat load. Under capacity installations may result breach of warranty conditions and may results warranty cancellations.
- All services / Installation can be arranged by the company at an additional cost.
