Manufacturer\u2019s Warranty<\/strong><\/p>

All products purchased through Aircart.lk are covered under the respective manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty terms, conditions and duration are governed by the policies of each brand and may vary by product category. Customers are advised to retain their purchase invoice, as it serves as the primary document for any warranty claim.<\/p>

For warranty-related assistance, please contact our customer service team with your invoice, service records (Without Installations) and a detailed description of the concern.<\/p>

Damaged or Incorrect Items<\/strong><\/p>

Customers are requested to thoroughly inspect all items upon delivery. In the event that a product is found to be defective, physically damaged, or incorrectly supplied, the matter must be reported to Aircart.lk within 24 hours of delivery. Reports submitted beyond this period will not be eligible for assessment.<\/p>

All claims must be accompanied by the original purchase invoice and photographic evidence of the issue. Aircart.lk reserves the right to evaluate each claim and determine the appropriate course of action.<\/p>

Order Cancellation<\/strong><\/p>

Order cancellation will be considered solely prior to the dispatch of the product. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated. Aircart.lk reserves the right to decline cancellation requests during promotional or sales periods.<\/p>

Returns and Refunds<\/strong><\/p>

Aircart.lk does not accept product returns or issue refunds on the basis of preference, buyer\u2019s remorse or any reason other than a verified manufacturer defect or confirmed delivery discrepancy.<\/p>

Customers are strongly advised to review all order details carefully prior to completing their purchases. All sales are considered final upon dispatch.<\/p>
